Lance Olmsted

Lance leads our Enterprise sales team; as well as our EMEA operations team. Lance has a strong background in organizational leadership, refined through his tenure in the United States Marine Corps and within the manufacturing industry with a focus on factory operations.

Lance joined Redzone in its formative years as a Continuous Improvement Coach. He later professionalized and scaled our pre-sales engineering, before leading the Enterprise sales team. Here he ensures our product and coaching model fit hand-in-glove to deliver productivity uplifts and a culture change that are the hallmarks of Redzone.

Lance holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Accounting from Indiana Wesleyan University and stays active within the military veteran community through several non-profits.
