Blake Strickland

As VP of Product Management at Redzone, Blake oversees the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the Redzone product suite. Her focus is on delivering tools that drive frontline collaboration, productivity, and operational excellence for factories worldwide.

Since joining Redzone in 2019, Blake has served in leadership roles across Coaching, Solutions, and Product—leading high-performing teams and directly contributing to significant growth in both large enterprise adoption and new product lines. 

Before Redzone, Blake spent over a decade at General Mills in various leadership and continuous improvement roles, ranging from supporting plants with operations, engineering, continuous improvement and safety to internal corporate consulting. Across these roles, she consistently delivered measurable impact in safety, performance, and culture transformation initiatives. 

Blake holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from The Ohio State University. She’s passionate about building products that empower frontline teams to achieve breakthrough performance.
