
Mitch Sroka
Mitch leads operations for Large Enterprise customers, responsible for deploying QAD Redzone to Large Enterprise customers, coaching best practices and aligning with existing management operating systems and continuous improvement programs deployed across plant networks.
Mitch joined Redzone in 2016 as a Continuous Improvement Coach, was promoted to Coaching Director in 2017, and then into Large Enterprise in 2018. Since that time, he has worked with those customers to guide how they utilize QAD Redzone to improve communication, empower and leverage their shopfloor teams and align with management across facilities to satisfy corporate standards and meet business objectives.
Prior to joining QAD Redzone, Mitch spent over 15 years working in continuous improvement and operations for organizations ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies in the chemical and food & beverage industries, during which time, he received his certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt from the American Society for Quality.
Mitch holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
