Joe Bonavita

As Redzone's General Counsel, Joe oversees all legal and compliance aspects of the company.  Joe joined Redzone with over 15 years of combined in-house and private practice experience focused on advising and scaling high-growth technology companies.  His practice at Redzone involves a range of legal areas, including contract drafting and negotiation, data privacy and security, technology and cyber law, intellectual property, employment, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and e-commerce.  In addition to his role as the head of Redzone's Legal department, Joe is also the head of Redzone's Human Resources department.

Prior to joining Redzone, Joe served as General Counsel of A Cloud Guru, a SaaS provider of online cloud computing education, through its acquisition for over $1.5B.  Prior to that, Joe served as Vice President of Legal and Business Affairs of ITV America, a global producer of reality-based television series, and General Counsel of The Chive/Atmosphere, a digital content SaaS platform and media publisher.

Joe received his Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law and his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.
