With more than 20 years of experience in manufacturing operations and technology, Ken is focused on helping frontline teams achieve breakthrough performance through better execution, engagement, and real-time collaboration.

Since joining Redzone in 2016 as a Continuous Improvement Coach, Ken has played a central role in shaping the platform’s evolution from a startup to an AI-powered, whole factory, connected workforce system. 

Under his leadership, Redzone has helped more than 2,000 manufacturing plants achieve an average productivity increase of 26% within 90 days, delivering measurable improvements in performance, culture, and frontline engagement.
