Enterprise CMMS
Production and maintenance teams usually sit in separate systems. An operator watches a machine struggle on the line; the maintenance team finds out when someone walks over or files a ticket. That delay is where downtime grows. This integration connects the two. Redzone's reliability events feed MaintainX as they happen, so the CMMS shows the state of the floor in real time, and technicians can work a problem before it becomes a stoppage.
A Maintenance Action in Redzone opens a MaintainX work order on its own. Nobody has to catch the problem and write the ticket by hand.
Generating Maintenance Orders in Redzone creates an order in MaintainX on a schedule. Maintenance Order’s metadata synchronizes to MaintainX relevant fields.
The integration automatically updates Redzone’s Maintenance Actions’ status.
Operators and technicians work from the same record. A technician's note in MaintainX reaches the operator on the floor, and a floor observation reaches the technician, without a phone call, through Redzone Maintenance Action comments.
The Redzone Integration Platform add-on sits between the two systems and watches Redzone Maintenance events. When a trigger fires,, the add-on formats the data for MaintainX and creates or updates the work order through the MaintainX API. The Redzone–MaintainX integration runs on standardized protocols that require the following technology prerequisites.
An active MaintainX instance with API access turned on.
An active Redzone instance with permissions for the Reliability or Compliance data modules.
Assets identified and matched across Redzone and MaintainX before go-live via External IDs in Redzone.

Yes. Comments sync both ways. A technician's note in MaintainX shows up on the operator's view in Redzone, and the operator's reply goes back to the work order, so neither team has to switch systems or pick up the phone.
Any production event Redzone can detect: a work request, a work order, a breakdown, or a sense. You choose the triggers during the Build phase.
Yes, the Reliability module is required to be active in Redzone for the integration to work
Redzone builds and manages this integration around your floor and maintenance setup. Book a meeting with a Redzone Integration Specialist or contact your Redzone Account Manager to get started.
